Real Property Survey Report

Mac Abstract knows our clients are busy people.

If the survey uncovers any potential problems, we take the initiative to provide our clients with a heads-up by raising the exception.

Most survey reports include:

Legal description of the property with dimensions and boundaries
  • Location of adjacent properties and/or buildings
  • Location and description of any property improvements
Any encumbrances such as easements or covenants

Illustration of the physical features

This visual diagram helps both the homeowner and potential home buyer understand the physical layout of the land and any potential restrictions or features they need to be aware of, such as utility lines or encroachments.

The surveyor’s opinions and concerns

This part of the report provides expert insight into legal or practical issues that could affect ownership, construction, or use of the property. It is critical for identifying potential problems before completing a property transaction.
